- Game identifiers — to run the server and enforce bans, we process identifiers your game client provides (e.g. Steam, Rockstar/license, Discord, and IP-based identifiers) along with in-game activity and logs.
- Purchase data — when you buy from our store, our payment provider Tebex collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited order information (such as the package bought and your in-game/Discord identifier) but never your full payment-card details.
- Website data — basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the server and community.
- To enforce our rules, prevent cheating, and apply bans.
- To process purchases and deliver in-game perks.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties who handle data under their own privacy policies, including:
- Discord — community and authentication.
- Tebex — store and payment processing.
- Cfx.re / FiveM — the platform the server runs on.
- Vercel — website hosting.

4. Cookies
This website uses only essential functionality and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as the Discord widget) may set its own cookies under the relevant provider's policy.

We keep moderation logs, ban records, and purchase records for as long as necessary to run the community, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Other data is removed when no longer needed.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us via our Discord. Note that we may need to retain certain records (such as ban evidence) where we have a legitimate or legal reason to do so.
