These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ExtraTime RP FiveM server, our Discord community, this website, and our store (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and by the laws of your country to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian, including for any purchases.
2. Conduct & Server Rules
While using the Services you agree to follow our Server Rules and Discord guidelines. We may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or permanent bans at our discretion for breaking the rules, cheating, exploiting, harassment, or any behaviour that harms the community or its members.
3. Accounts & Access
Access to the server may be whitelisted or restricted. You are responsible for your own account, identifiers, and conduct. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to anyone, at any time, with or without notice.
4. Purchases & Payments
Purchases from our store are processed by our payment provider, Tebex. By making a purchase you also agree to Tebex's terms and any applicable payment-provider terms. All packages grant virtual, in-game perks or cosmetic benefits only — they have no real-world monetary value and confer no ownership rights.
- Perks may be modified, replaced, or removed as the server evolves.
- Perks must never provide an unfair pay-to-win advantage; we balance the server around fair play.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in removal of perks and a permanent ban.
5. Refunds
All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or handled at our sole discretion. Refund requests are managed through Tebex. We do not provide refunds for perks lost due to bans issued for rule violations.
6. Virtual Items
All in-game items, currency, characters, and progression exist only within the server and remain our property. They cannot be sold, traded for real money, or transferred off the server, and may be reset, wiped, or lost at any time.
7. Service Availability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services — including wipes, updates, or shutdown — at any time without liability.
8. Intellectual Property
ExtraTime RP, its branding, and original content are owned by us. Grand Theft Auto V and related assets are property of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of in-game progress, items, or data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
